Course Instructions

  • Log in above, enter licensee email and create a password. Can be same as when you purchased or minimum 10 letters/numbers.

  • Enter your name & license #, exactly as on your massage license, to ensure it posts in your account at the Board.

  • You will view the course materials (text) as you progress once logged in.

  • You can go into and out of any lesson/test and resume later, at your pace until course/test expiration on 9/1/2025.

  • All questions in the test must be answered to finish. No partial credit

Test and Video/Text Navigation

  • Test questions are inserted into lessons, for ease of use in same order as on the test.

  • Write your answers (A,B,C,D) on paper, so you have a copy in case you need it later. Then put them into the actual test. This will keep track of your course progress, so you know what still needs to be watched or read when you resume at a later time.

  • Click “save and finish later” shown in the picture above, when you want a break. It will save your answers.

  • Make a note of what course page you left off, to resume

Switching between the actual course and the test

  • See image above, there are arrows pointing to two tabs that will open on your screen (not a phone)

  • When you are in the test, open the course, this will open a second tab, then you will have two tabs to switch between the course material and the test.

  • If you have a problem, see FAQ at bottom of this page.

FAQs

  • This is very rare and usually just a temporary internet connection glitch, so just close out all windows, wait a bit, check your connection to the net, then log in again on our website.

    Only click or quick double click on the video or PDF link one time, wait for it to load, maybe a few minutes. Don't keep clicking, it bogs down

    If you try all above, with no success, email us, and we will help you.

  • It is easy to switch between test/course material. Look at the top of your screen and you will see the two tabs. Or go back to our website and log in again.

  • When you are in the test, and click the video/PDF course material, it opens a second window on your device. You can see this as two tabs at the top of the screen. Click on the tab to switch back to the test. 

  • If you do not see the course tab, only the test, scroll down to the bottom of the page, see button to go to the “previous” or “next” page of the test until you see the course link again. description

  • Once the You Tube video starts to play, hover your arrow or touch the screen and a red dot appears with a line on the bottom of the screen. Touch or arrow the dot and drag it to where you left off or move forward or backwards to review what you just watched.

    The upper right of the screen there is a little gear. Touch or click to reveal options to watch at a faster or slower speed preference, different languages, cc, etc. 

  • No, this course is private on You Tube, so it cannot be played from inside You Tube. Go back to log into the test again and click the next page blue button until you find the video link to Part two. description

  • Go back to website log in and take the test again. You must wait 24 hours for the next attempt.

    Always click Start, to start a different attempt. You can review the material there. Do not just randomly guess, as there is an extremely low chance you will pass by chance, and we reserve the right to disconnect your access for a large number of attempts.
