Satisfaction Refund Policy (Effective 9/1/2023-8/31/2025) :
All access expires after 8/31/2025. If student who purchased is not satisfied for any reason, the student will receive a full refund under the following conditions: The refund request must be made by email to Sandra@PureMassageEdu.com within 30 days of purchase date, and the course test is not passed.
So if I buy a FL renew package, does this ensure I will have all the continuing education categories I need to renew my Florida massage license?
Yes, our guarantee is that our FL renew package will meet all standard FL massage CE requirements to renew by August 31, 2025, as long as you’re currently not delinquent, inactive, have other board reprimands, or deficient in CE hours in a prior renewal cycle(s), before 9/1/2023.
How do I start my course after I purchase? Can I start right away? Do I need to do this all at once, or can I do it in my spare time?
Yes, it’s easy, to start, just Log in at your Account in the upper right of our home page on our website whenever you wish to start or continue a course in progress. You will see the course page you purchased and follow the instruction found there. You will enter each course INSIDE THE ACTUAL TEST for ease of use.
Am I going to get a recurring charge for signing up for a membership?
No, it’s a one time payment membership. This means, that, no, there is no recurring charge like some other CE companies.We know our customers only do CEs every two years for Florida, so yearly is not needed. It’s just a way to access what you purchased.
I am trying to purchase, but log in does not recognizing my email/password, what can I do?
If you have not yet purchased this renewal, you cannot log in using your previous Pure Massage user name and password from last renewal in 2021-2023. Be aware that this is a new platform, so the old password will not work, go ahead and click the “buy” button to purchase and create a new account.
If you have purchased this year, 2025, close out the windows, go back to the log in at our website, reset your password. Be aware that you may also need to reset the second log in to the test also (blue logo page). We cannot for security tell you your password if you forgot it, just change it using the reset options.
How easy is it to take and pass Pure Massage courses? I am not a computer person, can I do it?
This is a click and read (or watch) system, (NOTHING to download and NO webinar hook up). It can be watched on any device. See test questions each CE hour, not all at the end like other companies, so its much easier to pass, and get done. If you do not pass the first time, you can take the test again.
Are the Pure Massage hands on video courses approved for the same CE credit for Florida massage license renewal as the live (relevant to massage hands on)category, without going to a live in person classroom or attending a webinar?
Yes, absolutely! FL Board of Massage is allowing distance learning for another renewal cycle, renewals due by August 31, 2025. This "hands on" type category is formally called "relevant to and focus on massage therapy techniques", with specific course 20-xxxxx tracking numbers for all three video courses. What is included in the Mandatories Bundle?
See the approvals page of this website for whats included. If you purchase a 24CE FL renew package, the mandatories are already included, no need to purchase it separately. Each course in the mandatories is not offered individually.
Can I take any CE course now, and forward this credit to the next renewal period? (after 9/1/2025)
No, CE hours only post and are good for the current renewal period at the time you pass the test.
How long do I have to complete a course?
For this renewal, you have until midnight, August 31, 2025 to complete the course. The current renewal period ends at that time. Remember, you still must renew your license after this.
Can I take the test again, if I do not pass? If I pass, how do I know my CE hours are reported?
Yes, you can take it again, once each day. If you pass, there is no need to take it again. Print or save your certificate sent by email. In 24 hours, check your CE hours are posted in your account at the FL Board of Health website under continuing education tab.
After I finished the test, how can I watch the videos or read courses?
Just email us a request and we will send you access. You can rewatch or read our courses for one year from purchase.
How can I get a certificate of course completion for my records?
Certificates are available to save for free, immediately after passing. If you do not see the certificate, check your email inbox, or request a certificate to be emailed to you.
Does Pure Massage report my CE credits to the FL Board (CE Broker) for me?
Upon passing, we report your CEs to the Florida Board of Massage, in 48 hours, and you can confirm it is posted in your account at the Florida Board of Health website, under the continuing education tab. Please allow up to a day or two after passing test, as sometimes CE Broker gets backed up.
How Do I renew my Florida massage license? Or if I try and cannot renew?
Go to the Florida Board of Health website for information about continuing education, renewal of licenses, and other useful information. Pure Massage is not authorized to assist in license renewal, only to provide and report CEs.
Can You assist with the fingerprint background check?
No, Pure Massage is not authorized to assist with the background check process, only to provide and report CEs.
I am licensed outside Florida or I am an NCBTMB member, how do I get the CE hours I need, in addition to Florida with Pure Massage? (If you are only licensed as a Florida LMT, this question does not apply to you)
See our approvals page for all specific approvals, and request the NCBTMB test from us if needed. It grants upon passing an NCBTMB approved certificate.
Pure Massage can not keep up with all the changing state requirements outside of Florida. Contact your state board, because many states might accept our NCBTMB approved course certificates.
NCBTMB allows you to set up an account inside CE Broker, so that when you renew your membership, your CE credits through Pure Massage will automatically post, in addition to your FL massage account. Contact CE Broker for assistance.
Do you report CE hours to the state of Georgia?
Pure Massage is a Georgia Board of Massage Therapy approved provider for continuing education. All courses are approved as general hours, however, Georgia requires an NCBTMB approved certificate. See approvals page for important details. If the Georgia licensee earns an NCBTMB certificate, CE hours will be reported in their Georgia account with the Georgia Board of Massage Therapy by Pure Massage.
Do you offer live in person classes or any other modalities?
We do not offer in person or live webinars for this (2024-2025) cycle, as distance learning is still in effect for Florida. All modalities we offer are currently on our website.
Do Pure Massage courses give CEs for other professions?
No, only massage therapy
